No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations: Any cancellation or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee. No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice will also be charged a fee. Fee Structure: The applicable fee is $100 or 50% of the total service cost, whichever is less. This fee will be charged to the card on file or added to your account and must be paid before future bookings can be made.We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps us manage our team’s time effectively and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for appointments.
